    teteh cantik masalahnya kalo ga ngeroko saya biasanya ga bisa mikir
    jadi musti ngeroko, kan kalo ngeroko meningkatkan denyut jantung dan tekanan darah jadi otak cepet dapet suplai racun ama nutrisi makanya mikirnya lancar hehe

    sejak dihisap nikotin mulai terasa efeknya tekanan darah meningkat, detak jantung meningkat, senyawa CO mulai bereaksi dengan darah lallu kadar O2 yang dibawa oleh darah menurun lalu efek rilex akan terasa begitu teteh cantik.
    cuman masalahnya efek nikotin juga besifat candu dan ketergantungan kaya saya liat teteh wakakakaakkaa!!!!

    Saya masih agak bingung teruatama dengan rokok.

    Karena banyak juga ilmuan-ilmuan jenius seperti Einstein yang justru suka merokok tapi kok otaknya pinter-pinter aja tuh.

    Nah itu gimana tuh gan?

    efek relaksasi tanpa gangguan dengan merokok mungkin ini penyebabnya karena ada banyak cara untuk merelaksasi diri.
    dna biasanya orang seperti mereka cenderung fokus dan dalam bekerja dan bekerja sendirian makanya roko menjadi opsi mereka lalu dengan meningkatnya tekanan darah dan denyut jantung meningkat menyebabkan anda terjaga dari tidur seperti itu mas bro menurut saya

    wah itu semuanya ane lakuin, mulai dari engga sarapan, ngerokok, pola tidur yang sampe subuh dan bangun siang, kalo minum yang manis harus yang manis banget, makan sampe kekenyangan dan paling jarang komunikasi langsung...
