Tips cara menurunkan berat badan secara umum: 1. Jangan makan berat setelah lewat jam 6 malam. 2. Sediakan buah apabila lapar malam hari, misal apel, pepaya, pisang. 3. Ikuti salah satu program diet yang anda sukai. 4. Ubah pola makan anda supaya teratur. 5. Sarapan kurangi karbohidratnya. 6. Tidur cukup dan teratur. 7. Olahraga minimal 15-30menit sehari.
